Returns Policy

A team registration submitted via the form is binding. The event organiser, Fsoe Oy, will email an invoice to the email address provided on the registration form within 7 days of registration. The invoice will be issued based on the billing details provided on the registration form.

Team registration is confirmed and registered once the team registration fee has been paid.

The Pond Hockey Åre event participation fee will be refunded in full for cancellations made by 31 October 2026. The participation fee will not be refunded for cancellations made on or after 1 November 2026.

Products (game jerseys) ordered separately from Fsoe Oy’s website are covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act, unless an exception to the right of withdrawal under the Act applies to the product. The withdrawal period begins when the goods are received.

If a product is made or modified to the customer’s specifications, or is made clearly to meet personal needs, it is not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal. This applies, for example, to products personalised or customised at the customer’s request.

Returns are free of charge to the consumer. Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for the order. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. However, for returned goods, the refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or the consumer has provided proof of having sent them back.

Delivery Terms

Order confirmations for all event registrations (team registrations) placed on fsoe.fi will be sent to the email address provided with the order within 7 days.

All products (game jerseys/team shirts) ordered from fsoe.fi are delivered according to the selected collection or delivery option. Products are shipped via Posti to the nearest collection point to the delivery address provided in the order confirmation. No separate delivery charges apply.

Please note: Products are delivered only within Finland. For product orders placed from outside Finland, collection is the only delivery option.

Game jersey orders will no longer be accepted after 15 December 2026.



Products can be collected in Turku and Jyväskylä by prior arrangement and according to an agreed schedule. Products can also be collected at the event venue in Åre, Sweden, during the tournament.
